Refund Policy

At JeevaVeda, we take great pride in delivering authentic Ayurvedic products that promote health and well-being. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive a defective product, we’re here to help.


Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging with seals intact.
  • Have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Health supplements, unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Customized or personalized products.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@jeevaveda.life with your order details and reason for return.

  • If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.
  • Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipment Charges for Returns and Exchanges

  • Customer-Initiated Returns or Exchanges:
    • If you ordered the wrong product, color, or quantity, or if you wish to exchange for another variant, a shipping charge of ₹100 will be levied.
  • JeevaVeda-Initiated Returns:
    • If we shipped the wrong product, incorrect size, or if the item is damaged or defective, we will bear the return shipping cost.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at support@jeevaveda.life.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used products or products with broken seals.
  • Health supplements, unless damaged during shipping or incorrect item delivered.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
